Jim prosecutes patent applications in fields of robotics, industrial machinery, filters, furniture, and the like, for multiple Applicants located in Europe and Asia. He also has prosecuted patent applications in mechanical and electro-mechanical fields, particularly in the field of medical products on behalf of surgeons and medical product corporations. In addition to writing and prosecuting patent applications, Jim has written and often writes infringement, validity, and freedom to operate opinions.
