Temple is an Associate at HULSEYIP. His practice involves preparing and prosecuting patent applications, strategic patent counseling, and conducting due diligence investigations. Temple’s experience and expertise includes electronic devices, energy and power technology, semiconductors, wave theory, mechanical apparatuses, optical devices, and computer and software technologies.
Temple received his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 2009. At UT Law, Temple served as a Chief Articles Editor for the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal and received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Before law school, Temple received his Bachelor of Science in Physics from Rice University in 2004. His technical experience includes working in a laser laboratory at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center of the U.S. Navy in San Diego, California and building a grating-locked diode laser system for use in laser-cooling experiments involving ultracold neutral plasmas.
