Allen Torng prepares and prosecutes foreign and domestic patent applications in all areas of patent law for HULSEYIP. Mr. Torng has also written patent coverage opinions for various technologies.
Allen received a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in May 2007. Coursework included: Biomedical Measurement and Instrumentation, Cell and Tissue Engineering, Advanced Biomaterials, Biomedical Imaging and Signal Processing, Transport Phenomena, and Systems Analysis.
